We offer a two specialized plans tailored to meet the amount of assistance you need. We offer two levels of service, providing effective and practical solutions no matter how much support you require.
NOTE: Seniors plans available for clients over 65 years of age only.
Basic Assistance Plan
$85/month (tax included)
We offer a basic maintenance plan to help you keep up with your home.
INCLUDING...
*Seaonal Home Safety & Security Checks
*One service call each month to take care of minor repairs
*Twice a year maintaince visit to clean all furnace air filters, faucet aerators and shower heads, turn on/off outside water, and check the condition of your gutters, roof, and foundation.
Worry-Free Plan
$120/ month (tax included)
The worry free plan is designed to be there for you when you need us.
INCLUDING...
*Seaonal Home Safety & Security Checks
*Up to two service calls each month to take care of minor repairs
*One additional emergency service call per month to help with assessing major repair issues.
*Twice a year maintaince visit to clean all furnace air filters, faucet aerators and shower heads, turn on/off outside water, and check gutters, roof, and foundation.
*Twice a year Gutter cleaning, Powerwashing, Yard Waste Removal
Additional Senior Services
We also offer reduced rate additional services to our monthly Seniors Maintenance Plan clients.
*Lawncare and Yard Waste Removal
*Powerwashing of Driveway, Decks, and Siding
*Gutter Cleaning (if on the Basic Assistance Plan)
*Junk Removal
