Professional Pre-Sale Home Inspections
At Insight Home Services we are certified Home Inspectors, following the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice. Seasonal Maintenance Inspections
Seasonal Maintenance Inspections occur in the fall to make sure your home is ready for the winter weather and again in the spring to check for damage and get your home back to its unhiberating state.
Fall Inspection includes:
Winterizing outdoor piping, Covering AC units, Inspect Gutters and Downspouts for clogs, Test & Replace Batteries in Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors, Inspect Indoor/Outdoor Air Vents, Removal of wasp nests from eaves and overhangs, Visual check of foundation, Clean furnace filter, Inspect all exterior doors and window hardware for security and function.
Spring Inspection includes:
Removing winterization of outdoor piping, uncovering AC units, Inspect around for leaks in bathrooms and kitchens, Inspect Gutters and Downspouts for clogs, Test & Replace Batteries in Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors, Inspect Indoor/Outdoor Air Vents, Removal of wasp nests from eaves and overhangs, Visual check of foundation, Clean furnace filter, Inspect all exterior doors and window hardware for security and function.
Tenant Move-In or Move-Out Inspections
We offer a walk through with your tenant on your behalf to verify the move in and move out condition of the home. This visual inspection check list gives peace of mind to both the tenant and the landlord, as it take any quess work out of who is reponisible for damage to the home.
